5. User Content

Any text you input into the Extension remains your intellectual property. We do not store, view, or sell your content unless explicitly permitted for support or analytics.

6. Updates and Availability

We may update the Extension from time to time. We do not guarantee the continuous availability of any part of the service and reserve the right to discontinue or alter the service at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

FixProm is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties. In no event shall Nirbhavi Tech Innovations Private Limited be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Extension.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
